Although there are profitable benefits to hiring contractors, we have decided year after year to remain a small team. The reason for this goes back to our main objective of maintaining an intense focus on superb customer service. Plus of course, it's less stressful!

At Supreme Air Conditioning, we are happy to be able to charge less than our known competitors for our services, such as ducted heater servicing. The reason for this is straightforward- We do not have any office staff, rental spaces, a large fleet of vehicles to maintain, significant advertising fees, or other large overheads. We also don't have any contractors that we need to cover- we deliver direct to you.

First of all, we will clean all parts of the system that naturally with use, gets built up with dust and grime. This includes the fan motor assembly, flame sensor and Return air grille (air filter).

Next we will conduct a thorough Carbon Monoxide Test. This involves checking for any signs of CO with the use of our top of the range testing instruments, which can measure as little as 1 Part Per Million (1,000,000) of Carbon Monoxide Gas. In the unlikely event that we find CO present, we will provide you with several repair solutions. We will also check the Flue connection to ensure all harmful gasses are being entirely exhausted out from your roof. 

Next, we will check all individual parts of the system to confirm correct function, and run a complete test to ensure the system as a whole is running optimally. This will include ensuring the flame sensor, igniter, capacitor and gas burner are all set at their correct levels and adjusted where necessary (such as the pressure of the gas burner). During the final complete test, we will also check to ensure normal levels of airflow are coming through the vents. This completes the full service of your ducted gas heater!

REPAIRS-

If we diagnose a fault, we will fix it without extra charge in most cases. If the repair is going to take considerable time or involve spare parts, we will provide you with a quotation to Repair the fault- This quotation will include a discount. You can of course then choose whether to proceed with us or attain a second quotation from another company.
